1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Market Interface Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the StreamMarkets browser extension and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamMarkets is a browser extension that provides an interface layer for accessing third-party decentralized sports prediction market protocols operating on the Solana blockchain. The Service:

• Displays market data and odds from third-party decentralized protocols
• Provides an embedded interface for interacting with these protocols
• Does NOT operate prediction markets or a sportsbook
• Does NOT custody, hold, or process user funds
• Does NOT intermediate or execute transactions on behalf of users

All transactions occur directly between your wallet and third-party decentralized protocols. We function solely as an access and interface layer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of prediction markets or the Service is prohibited

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Securing your wallet and private keys
• All transactions you initiate through the Service
• Understanding the risks associated with prediction markets and cryptocurrency
• Conducting your own due diligence on any third-party protocols you interact with

5. Risks and Disclaimers

Financial Risk

Sports prediction markets involve substantial financial risk. You may lose some or all of your funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Protocols

The Service provides access to third-party decentralized protocols that we do not control. These protocols may have bugs, vulnerabilities, or other issues. We make no representations or warranties regarding the security, reliability, or functionality of any third-party protocol.

Blockchain Risks

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Network congestion, smart contract failures, or other technical issues may result in failed or delayed transactions. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain-related issues.

No Investment Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend or endorse any particular prediction market, outcome, or strategy.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any transactions conducted through the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
